One of the most controversial issues of education in the 21st century is technology. Educators and parents across the nation debate whether to let technology into classrooms. And if so, how? Technology should be introduced into education through the program most commonly referred to as BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). The idea of BYOD is to have students bring their own phones, tablets and computers to school. Technology is a much more engaging, and educational than standard supplies. Mobile technology exists all around us. This is especially true for students. Unlike adults, these kids have grown up in technology and have used it their whole lives.
